Is the Marijuana Free?
Yes all the marijuana you receive from us is a free gift. The only purchase made is for our Blazing Dispensary Stickers that come with your free gift of Marijuana.
I-71 Compliant
Initiative 71 is DC’s marijuana decriminalization law. Adults over 21 are legally allowed to possess up to 2 ounces of marijuana. Although the sale of marijuana and THC products is still illegal, it is perfectly legal for an adult to gift up to an ounce to another adult. That’s where we come in! Nope - Recreational means no medical card needed when requesting your delivery or pick up.

How to order Weed in DC?

How does the gifting model work for purchasing marijuana in DC?
In Washington DC, the “gifting model” is a workaround that allows for the exchange of marijuana products between adults over the age of 21 without payment for the product itself.
Under the law, it is legal for adults to gift up to 1 ounce to another adult. The gifting model involves a transaction where the adult giving the marijuana receives payment for something else, such as our sticker, with the marijuana provided as a gift.
